Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of round-table (the "service", at roundtablemeeting.app). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions: hello@roundtablemeeting.app.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your local law requires it. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us a working email address so we can reach you about your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, harass or harm others, generate content that is illegal or sexually exploits minors, try to break or overload the service, get around usage limits, or access other people's accounts or data. You must also follow the usage policies of the AI model providers whose models you use.
AI-generated content
Replies in a meeting are written by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or out of date, and they are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Check anything important before relying on it. The personas are fictional characters, not real people.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us permission to store it, process it, and send it to AI model providers as needed to run your meetings. As between you and us, you may use the AI replies in your meetings as you wish, subject to the law and the model providers' terms. See the Privacy Policy for how content is handled.
Credits and changes to the service
Meetings use credits to cover AI model costs. The service is new and still changing: features, models, credit amounts, and limits may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above. For significant changes we will let account holders know by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
